You’ll be asked to provide an email address and then will receive a link to access your in-progress form. The link will remain active for 30 days. Please be sure to complete and submit the form within that timeframe, as the link will expire after 30 days. If you are hosting more than one unique event, you must complete a form for each unique event you are hosting. As you plan, here are a few things to keep in mind: Event times and days of the week: The most popular times for events are 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. You may want to consider other times and days to avoid a large number of conflicting events. Coordinate with neighbors: Hosting multiple events in a certain community on the same day but at different times can help boost attendance! We encourage you to connect with others near you who may also be planning a Trails & Sails event. Attendee Registration: Requiring participants to register for your event can have benefits and drawbacks. We encourage you to consider what is best for your group. Essex Heritage is not able to manage reservations for Trails & Sails events. Event hosts must oversee event reservations and communication with attendees.
